Custom orders are only refunded at the discretion of the owner based on completion status and ability to re-list the items.

All orders are cut in house and hand painted, so please allow at least 2 weeks from time of payment for your order to ship.

Party registrations are non refundable and will be converted into custom completed orders if an event is cancelled.
